Dr. Rogers is a post-doctoral fellow at Donaldson Wellness Center, where she combines her extensive experience in public education with her clinical training to provide comprehensive psychological care. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services from Southern University and A&M College, a Master of Education degree from Prairie View A&M University, and a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. Dr. Rogers is currently advancing her clinical skills under the supervision of Dr. Keehn and Dr. Skinner.
With over 20 years of experience in public education as a special education teacher and educational diagnostician, Dr. Rogers brings a unique perspective to her work. Her clinical training has focused on conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations and providing individual therapy, allowing her to address a wide range of psychological needs.
Dr. Rogers employs a diverse therapeutic approach, integrating behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy techniques to tailor her interventions to each client’s unique circumstances. She is committed to fostering a supportive and empowering environment, helping clients achieve their personal and psychological goals.
Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Rogers enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and volunteering with various non-profit organizations. Her dedication to community service and personal growth reflects her holistic approach to life and work.
Dr. Rogers is currently accepting new clients and looks forward to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental wellness and personal development.
