Lindsey Steger, M.S., LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Lindsey Steger is a graduate from Southwestern Assemblies of God (Nelson) University where she received her Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. Before becoming a counselor, Lindsey was an ABA Therapist. She is experienced in working with individuals who have ASD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and with those who have been through grief and/or trauma. Lindsey is very passionate about the Autism community. Her favorite theoretical approaches to counseling include Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She works with individuals of all ages but her primary populations of focus are adolescents and adults. Lindsey is an encourager and someone who has a heart for people. She is trained in EMDR and is currently in the process of obtaining her EMDR certification. Lindsey accepts BCBS, UHC, Aetna, and Baylor Scott & White Insurances.
