If you feel weighed down by anxiety or the echoes of past trauma, you don’t have to carry that burden alone.
Hi, I’m Nicole. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who believes that even in our heaviest moments, healing is possible when we have a safe place to land. My path into counseling began at Tarleton State University, where I studied Psychology and Criminal Justice, and continued at Nelson University, where I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
These foundations, paired with my experience in the medical and education fields, have shaped me into a counselor who stays calm and level-headed during life’s highest-stress seasons. My goal is to be that steady presence for you, ensuring you never have to navigate the hard stuff alone.
Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re navigating the weight of anxiety, the complexities of trauma, or the unique joys and challenges of life with autism. I work with teens and adults to untangle deep-rooted issues like family violence and dissociation, always moving at a pace that feels safe for you. Together, we’ll work toward building a stronger, healthier family dynamic and a life where you feel empowered and truly seen.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me recharging with my family, exploring new corners of the world, or lost in a good book.
