Her approach to therapy is from an Existential approach but also utilizes a Person-Centered style depending on what flows best in the therapeutic relationship. Ashlee specializes in working with those that struggle with grief, women’s issues, adjustments, relationships, family, and play therapy. She believes that internal and external factors create challenges in the journey of life and strives to guide her clients into a place where they are able to identify their strengths and navigate their peace self-sufficiently in a safe space that is free of judgment.
