Sayona Brown is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School and is completing her doctoral practicum training at Donaldson Wellness Center. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Sayona is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life challenges while developing healthier patterns of coping, communication, and connection.
She strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring difficult experiences, and working toward meaningful change.
Prior to beginning her doctoral training, Sayona served in the United States Air Force for 10 years, an experience that contributed to her appreciation for resilience, adaptability, and the diverse experiences people bring with them. As she continues her clinical training, Sayona is especially passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, strengthen their relationships, and develop practical skills that support lasting growth and well-being.
